The Paul Perry trained 2 year old, The Mission (Choisir x My Amelia) wins in dominant style. A brilliant ride by Damian Lane who stole the show riding to GR1 victory by two and a half lengths from start to finish.

Mick Talty states “he was one of our cheapest yearling sold that year at the Magic Millions yearling sales for only $32,500. This is what racing is all about we are thrilled for the owners and wish the stable more exciting times to come”.

In the tradition of past Edinglassie 3yo Gr1 winners, Gods Own & Shooting to Win, The Mission’s spring target is the Caulfield Guineas.

Group one winners come in all shapes and sizes and they don’t have to be a pretty!!
